By purchasing any retail products from ACPROSHOP including but not limited to billiard cues, cue cases, shafts, chalk, extensions, and maintenance accessories you agree to these terms and conditions governing your purchase and use of our services.

ACPROSHOP makes every effort to ensure that product images, specifications, and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, you acknowledge that many cues and cases are constructed from natural materials, including wood grains, leathers, and exotic veneers. Minor visual variations, unique grain patterns, and inherent natural characteristics are normal and are not classified as manufacturing defects.

All prices displayed by ACPROSHOP are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, limit quantities, or discontinue any product or accessory at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, ACPROSHOP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.
 

All cues submitted to ACPROSHOP undergo a thorough inspection by our technicians upon receipt. If our team discovers underlying, pre-existing structural issues such as hairline fractures in the wood, loose joints, or hidden ferrule cracks that pose a risk to the requested service, we will pause the process and contact you. ACPROSHOP reserves the right to decline service on any equipment deemed too unstable or risky to repair.

Billiard cues are high precision instruments made from natural wood, carbon composites, and complex glue joints. You acknowledge and agree that routine maintenance procedures subject these materials to physical stress. While ACPROSHOP exercises maximum professional care, we are not liable for structural failures, warping, or material degradation that occurs during the repair process due to pre-existing, hidden, or age-related issues within the cue.

Any turnaround times or completion dates provided by ACPROSHOP are strictly estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays resulting from parts availability, shipping delays on custom components, or unexpected repair complexities.

It is your responsibility to collect your equipment or arrange for return shipping once notified that the service is complete. Any cue left in the possession of ACPROSHOP for more than 30 days following our official notification of completion will be legally deemed abandoned. ACPROSHOP reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or retain abandoned property to recoup the costs of unpaid labor, materials, and storage space.
